All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may vary based on material costs, project scope changes, or unforeseen site conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. A deposit may be required to schedule your project.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. If you have questions about your invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. We will assist you with any warranty claims during the coverage period.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee. Deposits for canceled projects may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered.
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. Please remove any valuable items or obstacles before we arrive. While we take every precaution to protect your property, you are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any hazards on your property.
We will obtain all necessary permits for your project when required. You are responsible for ensuring that the work complies with any homeowner association rules or deed restrictions. Additional fees may apply for permit acquisition and inspections.
TrueView Brownsville Decks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
